By using this software you accept the following terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software. If the software was purchased by you, you may return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.
LICENSE
Under the terms of this license you may:
1.1. Use the enclosed Software ("the software") on only a single computer at any one time;
1.2. Copy the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software to a single hard disk, provided that you retain the original for archival purposes; and
1.3. Transfer the entire Software and any accompanying materials ("Materials") on a permanent basis to another party, provided that you retain no copies of the Software or of any materials accompanying the Software, that the transferee agrees in writing to the terms of this license, and that Worldweaver Ltd. approves the transfer in writing. Your license is then terminated.
The Software is "in use" when it is loaded into random access memory or installed on a hard disk or other storage device (other than a network server). Installing the Software on a network server solely for the purpose of internally distributing the Software shall not constitute "in use", provided that you have a license for each computer to which the Software is distributed. If the number of users of the Software is reasonably anticipated to exceed the number of corresponding licenses, you shall ensure that the number of concurrent users does not exceed the number of licenses.
You shall not:
2.1. Copy any materials accompanying the Software;
2.2. Use, copy, modify, translate or merge the Software except as provided in this agreement;
2.3. Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software; or
2.4. Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the Software except as provided for in section 1.3.
2.5. Use the Software licensed as 'Non-Commercial' for any commercial activity. Any breach of this term may result in legal action.
COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by Worldweaver Ltd. and is protected by United Kingdom Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You shall treat the Software like any copyrighted material.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Worldweaver Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software product, even if Worldweaver Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GENERAL
This license and your right to use the Software shall terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you shall immediately destroy all copies of the Software.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Worldweaver Ltd. and supersedes any prior agreement concerning the contents of this package. It shall not be modified except by written agreement dated subsequent to the date of this agreement signed by an authorised representative of Worldweaver Ltd. Worldweaver Ltd. shall not be bound by any provision of any purchase order, confirmation, correspondence, or otherwise, unless Worldweaver Ltd. specifically agrees to the provision in writing.
This agreement shall be considered as a contract made in England and according to English Law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
PRIVACY
Any data supplied to us is considered confidential, for the purposes of accounting and not to be sold on to 3rd parties for marketing.
A licensed editor puts a unique stamp into dxstudio documents, which is used to determine the features to unlock according to the license purchased. We reserve the right to block serials that are used fraudulently at any time.
Lookups on an author of a dxstudio doc are opt-in only, and by default no author information will be made public.
