Adding netscape config using oldcpusimulator

Cursed Light requested to merge CursedLight/netscape:CursedLight-master-patch-48025 into master

Will allow Surround Video, PointPlus, HotSauce, Animated Widgets and potential future plugins to use 1 single config file and template name. Will also allow to select other differents cpu speeds in the entries using these plugins if necessary.
