switch cosmo and live3d to fpnav and remove need to copy around plugin dlls

FPNavigator.ini also needs updating with this but differently than usual. Because the FP_VRML_PATH env var is set in the fsp config it should only be added to MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH. The batch files are kept for now so curations don't need updating but they can be removed when ready.
